Chakchimura Nation

The Chakchimura are cunnin’, theivin’, connivin’ sons of bitches, each more so than the last. Tall of statue and skinny of frame, these fellas roam the Waste in small bands, huntin’ and gatherin’ as they see fit. Having had a couple of disagreements with the manfolk in the past, they tend to avoid civilised areas, though a few of the more remote settlements have permanent Chakchimura communities, such as Eureka and Tombstone.

Chakchimura eschew horses, considering them a Human conceit, instead preferrin’ to rely on their natural speed and endurance. They ain’t got no such reservations about other technologies, havin’ taken to firearms like a fish in water, successfully defending sacred sites against the industrial come-ons of organisations like Bayou Vermillion and Helstromme.
